The word’s spread like wild fire and by now everybody knows that the famed Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will be in Pune along with their children to shoot for the Daniel Pearl film. Titled ‘A Mighty Heart’, this film is based on the book written by Mariane Pearl, the wife of American journalist Daniel Pearl, who was beheaded in Pakistan four years ago. The film has Jolie playing Mariane Pearl with Pitt, who is also co-producing the film. Indian actor Irfan Khan, (of the film ‘Rog’), will also be playing a part in this film.There are reports that the stars and the crew of the film will be staying in hotels Taj Blue Diamond and Le Meridian. About a hundred rooms of Le Meridian and forty rooms at Blue Diamond have been booked for the same. Shoots are slated to begin on October 10. For a few days of this month, Barrister Pongalia’s bungalow Nainsukh, in Aundh will be used for shooting.
